How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Whiteley Allcare ships via NZ Couriers from an Auckland based warehouse.
Expected times:
Non rural North Island - Overnight
Non rural South Island - 2 nights
Rural deliveries generally take an additional day or two however this may differ by your locale's rural delivery service.


Do you ship internationally?

Whiteley Allcare only ships within New Zealand.


Do you offer click and collect?

You are welcome to pick up from the Whiteley Allcare Auckland warehouse.
This is located at 4 Loft Place, Kumeu, Auckland 0810 and is open Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.
To make a pickup, choose the pickup option at the checkout. This will make the freight charge $0.
Please allow the team a few hours to receive and prepare your order.


I need to return or exchange my order

If your product is unsuitable by any means, you are welcome to return it to Whiteley Allcare at 4 Loft Place, Kumeu, Auckland 0810. Once the team receives the item back they can refund or exchange the product for you.
Please ensure the product is in a like-new condition and has all it's original packaging. Please include a note detailing your original order so we know who to exchange/refund.
